Erin Koscinski, DO, FAAFP
Dr. Erin Koscinski is an accomplished Family Medicine Practitioner with extensive expertise. Her background includes an array of roles, from serving as a Medical Officer and Staff Physician at the Veteran’s Health Administration to assuming responsibilities as the Medical Director at Grifol’s Plasma Center, and she’s currently a valuable addition to the Mobile IV Stat team. Dr. Koscinski holds the prestigious title of Fellow from the American Academy of Family Physicians and possesses a diverse educational journey, culminating in her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine. Her wide-ranging experience, including roles in clinical research and as a Hospitalist, brings a wealth of clinical wisdom to the Mobile IV Stat team, ensuring exceptional care for clients.

Jack Keiser, FNP
Jack is a highly educated and experienced Family Nurse Practitioner in Brentwood, TN, contributing to the Mobile IV Stat team. With a distinguished Doctorate of Nursing Practice from the University of Tennessee Health Science Center and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Belmont University, his academic accomplishments highlight his commitment to healthcare excellence. His role as the Owner and Family Nurse Practitioner at EOS Telehealth and his experience at Saint Thomas Medical Partners underscore his proficiency in primary care, urgent care, and telemedicine. Beyond his clinical expertise, Jack’s leadership experiences, like achieving the rank of Eagle Scout, underline his dedication to both healthcare and community service, aligning perfectly with Mobile IV Stat’s mission.

Geoff brings a wealth of healthcare experience to the Mobile IV Stat team with over 14 years of nursing experience. His extensive expertise spans Emergency Trauma, Cardiac Cath Lab, Urgent Care and Infusion Clinic, showcasing adaptability and proficiency in diverse medical settings. His remarkable project management skills were evident in the establishment and operation of a high-capacity Covid Vaccine Clinic, where he collaborated closely with health authorities and ensured meticulous reporting. Geoffrey’s background in trauma care and rapid progression to a nurse trainer demonstrates his commitment to patient well-being. His skill set aligns seamlessly with Mobile IV Stat’s mission of providing exceptional mobile intravenous services, enhancing patient care and well-being.

Erin’s expertise spans emergency room care, telemetry, community health, and general medicine, mirroring our commitment to comprehensive mobile intravenous services. With her strong triaging abilities, collaboration with healthcare providers, and quick patient care turnaround, Erin embodies the efficiency and excellence that defines Mobile IV Stat. As an RN with licenses in Tennessee and California, certifications in critical areas, and fluency in Spanish, Erin aligns perfectly with our mission to provide top-tier mobile IV services.

Kurt Hickman, BSN, RN
Kurt brings a wealth of medical and emergency response experience to the Mobile IV Stat team. His illustrious career includes roles as a Firefighter-Paramedic at the Montecito Fire Department, where he was commended for his exceptional performance under extreme fire conditions. As a Clinical Nurse-Trauma Nurse Liaison at Santa Barbara Cottage Hospital and a Staff Nurse II in emergency departments, Kurt developed a strong background in trauma care and nursing. With licenses in Tennessee and California, as well as various certifications in life support and emergency care, he is well-equipped to ensure top-quality mobile intravenous services. His history of commendations for heroic efforts and outstanding performance reflects his dedication to excellence, mirroring Mobile IV Stat’s commitment to high standards of care.
