After Hours Rates

9:00a to 5:pm – No Fees
5:00pm to 10:00pm – $50
10:00pm to 11:59pm – $100

Fees assessed at time appointment is completed

Travel Rates

1-15 miles Travel Fees $20
16-20 miles Travel Fee is $40
21-25 miles Travel Fee is $60
26-30 miles Travel Fee is $80
Anything over 31 Miles is $2 a mile to and from IV location

Mileage calculated from the RN point of origin:
Nolensville, TN or Thompson Station, TN

Parking Rates

Clients are responsible for all parking fees incurred as a result of our RN’s and Staff parking at your required location.
Your final bill will reflect any parking fees occurred.
