If your appointment is not canceled within 1 hour of ordering services, you will be charged in accordance below:
If you cancel after 1 hour, and or 2 hours prior to your scheduled appointment, you will be charged a $50 service fee as well as any travel fees in full.
If you cancel your appointment within 2 hours of any appointment, you will be charged $120 and any associated travel fees.
If you cancel, refuse to consent, and/or refuse the services once the technician has arrived or anytime thereafter, or you are unable to receive or complete the treatment for ANY reason, you will be charged a FULL SERVICE FEE and FULL TRAVEL FEE as appropriate.
No Call No Show: If the technician arrives for your scheduled service and you are not physically present at the location where the services are to take place, you will be charged a FULL SERVICE FEE and FULL TRAVEL FEE as appropriate. Our technicians will attempt to call clients a total of 3 times to inform the client of our arrival. Technicians will leave 15 minutes after the appointment time if you are not physically present, regardless of being able to reach you by phone.
If the technician, in their sole discretion, believes that you are impaired by and/or are under the influence of alcohol and/or illegal drugs, and the technician denies you services, you will be charged a FULL SERVICE FEE and FULL TRAVEL FEE as appropriate.
